Food Technology

The Food Technology Room is one of the few remaining rooms that has stayed in its original location.

However the content of lessons has undergone radical change in recent years.

These Year 11 students are engaged with the GCSE course in Food Industry.

The students are very proud of their special uniforms, which respect modern requirements of health and safety for both themselves and prospective future clients.

The catering hats are particularly popular.  As is the case in the school canteen, it is a requirement that they be worn whilst preparing food.
