Application forms for September 2021 Intake
Applications for the September 2021 intake will be accepted after the 16th September. Hard copies of the required forms can be requested by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to apply for our school, we must receive:
Supplementary Information Form
Certificate Of Catholic Practice (if applicable and available from your parish)
Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
and apply online with Herts County Council on HCC admissions, using the link to the right of this page.
St Michael's application form must be recieved by the 30th October 2020.
Applications forms can be posted to the school address, alternatively you may bring them in person into the school office.
Please provide your email address clearly so that we can send you your receipt that we have received your forms.
