From everyone at St Michael’s, we wish you all a happy and holy Christmas. Our last day of term began with a beautiful liturgy, led by Father Ben, followed by performances of some very talented students and staff. Merry Christmas!

This term, we were honoured to fundraise in memory of former student, Ross Evans. Through the Sponsored Walk and other student-led endeavours, we have raised £17,696 for and , two charities who supported Ross and his family.

Year 11 students had a hauntingly good time in English today, paying homage to the Victorian tradition of telling ghost stories at Christmas time by ‘candlelight’ 🎄👻

The Year 9 boys kept up their winning streak with a 4-2 win against Dame Alice Owens school in the Hertfordshire County Cup. Next stop is the quarter finals in January 🎯🤞

The Year 9 football team won 3-2 against Catherine Warrington School in the National Cup . They are now in the top 32 school teams in England. Well done, boys! 👏👏👏👏👏

The Christmas lunches began today with a festive feast for Years 8 and 10. Accompanied by Christmas tunes, singing and dancing, it was a great way to kick off three days of Christmas lunchtimes 🎄🎅🎄🎅🎄

Our year 10 GCSE Media and GCSE Drama classes took a trip to the local Vue cinema to see Christmas Karma. A great film to watch for performance and production. Thank you

A thrilling win in penalties for the unbeaten Year 9 boys team against Haberdashers this evening. The boys are through to the last 64 schools in England! Fantastic! 👏
